HDMI Expansion Board
New Dual Input HDMI Expansion Module increases to four the HDMI Inputs on Vantage-HD High Definition Video Scaler/Processor.
- HDMI 1.3 capabilities support ‘Deep Color’ 10-bit signals for improved color depth and gray-scales
The HDMI inputs on the expansion board are compatible with the HDMI 1.3 standard to support 10-bit “Deep Color” video sources. The expansion board also enables picture-in-picture (PIP) on the Vantage’s HDMI inputs. For high definition audio, the expansion board supports linear pulse code modulation (LPCM) for non-compressed audio signals up to 7.1 Channels at 192kHz sample rate. The board also passes compressed high-bandwidth digital audio signals (such as Dolby Digital Plus and Dolby TrueHD) and supports legacy Dolby Digital and DTS formats.
The HDMI expansion board is now shipping at an MSRP of $799.

HD-SDI Board
There are two versions available with either one or two SDI inputs, supporting both HD-SDI and SD-SDI signals.
For single SDI input

Please note, in order to support the HD-SDI expansion boards, your Vantage-HD will require firmware version 1.2.0 and above. None of the previous firmware versions will support the expansion boards.
Vantage-HD - Vantage-HD2 Upgrade.
Customers wishing to upgrade their Vantage-HD to become a Vantage-HD2 can do so by contacting Calibre UK Ltd Directly. Calibre will issue a returns number and pricing. Once the unit is received and payment has been made, Calibre aims to have the unit upgraded and back out the door within 7 working days.
Please note, all prices will exclude shipping and local taxes if applicable. Each upgraded unit will be supplied with an additional 6 months warranty.
