From the 1st of October all current Calibre 4K Processors will receive the H.264 Streaming video Input at no extra cost.

H670 Front

Previously an optional extra, the Streaming Video Input enables direct ingest of HD H.264 content via gigabit Ethernet port, as well as this port remaining available for webserver and remote control API use. The streaming video input is selected by an additional input select key on the front panel, so once the scaler-switcher has been installed and configured the user can select the streaming video input channel as the source to be displayed and switched to just as easily as if it was a HDMI or DVI input.

Mr. Willy Tsai Executive Vice President for Calibre commented “The Calibre 4K Processor range has a product for just about every budget and making the Streaming Video input standard across all models provides customers with extra capability without increasing costs”
